Ôƶ¥¶Ä³¡app Financing/Property Corporation Financial Statements

 

Ôƶ¥¶Ä³¡app Financing Corporation and Ôƶ¥¶Ä³¡app Property Corporation are required annually to obtain a financial audit conducted by an independent certified public accountant pursuant to Section 1004.28, Florida Statutes, and in accordance with the rules adopted by the Auditor General pursuant to Section 11.45, Florida Statutes.

The financial statements are prepared on a consolidated basis and include the accounts of the Ôƶ¥¶Ä³¡app Financing Corporation and the Ôƶ¥¶Ä³¡app Property Corporation due to the Financing Corporation's ongoing economic interest in the Property Corporation and its ability to control the activities of the Property Corporation through common members of the Boards of Directors.
