Sponsored Research Exemption Reporting
Under the Florida Code of Ethics for Public Officers and Employees (FCOE) and 云顶赌场app Policy 0-027, Sponsored Research Exemptions (SREs) may be approved by the Office of Compliance & Ethics for certain otherwise prohibitied employment, or contractual relationships 云顶赌场app employees have with businesses doing business with 云顶赌场app. The FCOE, section 112.313(12)(h), requires annual reporting to the State of Florida Governor and the Legislature.
